Eligibility is determined by a players age during the 2007 calendar year.

Teams are allowed three (3) players who are three (3) years younger than the class they are playing under.  None of these players can be pitchers.

Meaning a team playing in the 35-and-Under Division, can have three (3) players age 32, 33 and 34 during the 2007 calendar year, granted none of them pitch in NAFA Masters World Series Competition.
